Bracelet originates from the Senufo villages around Korhogo, Cote d'Ivoire. It would've been used as a dowry. It weighs about 2 lbs 6 oz and is 4" long. It has an outer diameter of 4 3/4" and an inner diameter of 2 3/4". This is from approximately the 1900's. Please see pictures for details.
